Sir,
i had allotted 500 shares on 26.07.1995 in company public issue of 3100000 shares at 10 each. details of share certificates are as below:

I have tried to locate the aforesaid certificate at my home but not getting the clue where i have kept these certificates.
Being long association with company more than 22 years request you to please issure the duplicate certificate so that I can depots these shares in my demat account.
