I have visited Elante Mall today i.e. 5.11.2023 evening with my family. I had parked my car No.CH01CP7019 at 6:54pm in basement parking. Thereafter we had purchased some items from Reliance smart bazar vide Bill no.132 of Rs.2313.92/-. The cashier had stamped "paid" on my car parking slip and said that you don't need to pay parking charges. But when we exit from the parking, the person on exit had took our stamped parking slip and we exit from the mall at 10:23pm. Thereafter we received a message that Rs.100 has been paid to the Elante Mall automatically from our Fastag as parking charges. It is very harassing.
I hereby request you to kindly refund my parking charges of Rs.100/- at the earliest.

I visited to Elante mall chandigarh on 24.12.2023 for the purpose of purchase of various items. I had my laptop with some stuff in it. When i approached the luggage counter to deposit the bag. The lady present at the counter refused to submit my bag. Due to this i faced much inconvenience while purchasing the items in the stores. I request you to do the needful
