Sir/Madam,
I have applied for Passport on 27.03.2019 at Post Office, Muzaffarpur. My file no is PA27C4034752619. I am a PSU Employee and submitted my each and every document at Passport Office Muzaffarpur.The executives of your good office at that time asked me that every document is fine and your passport will reach at your given address within 3 Month.
But unfortunately i received a letter from your Passport office Patna that they have closed my application, as i could not manage to respond there letter/show cause Notice, which they mentioned in letter.
But i would like to inform you that i have not received any letter/Show Cause Notice in this matter, also you have not mentioned in your letter any letter/Reference no or date. It means any letter/Show Cause Notice was not issued and You have closed my file.
So, kindly look into the matter and do the needful from your end for issuing my Passport, as i have already spend more than 5 month and yet to receive my passport.
