regarding NOC from the commissioner of higher education by saurabh sharma:

Sir I am working as a college teacher.To apply passport I have to obtain noc from the commissioner of higher education assam.So I applied for noc to the director of higher education ,assam ,kahilipara on july 2014.The director of the higher education forwarded my application to the commissioner of higher education assam file no gb.misc/47/2014/43-A.My police verification was dine by the pulibor police station ,jorhat on june 2014.But after this I have not been issued my noc,even I failed to locate my file .I have visited many times to the secretariate branch,dispur assam.Now the question is if in order to obtain the noc,annexur employees like me are harharassed ,then how can we obtain passport?

Sir, My son Mr. Madhurya Kakati interviewed for passport on 05/08/2017.Application No. GU 1061225466217. Due to the adverse Police Report of his current address SCN (No.309546888/17)was issued to him by post, but unfortunately it has not reached till today. Please inquire it so that he can proceed further as he needs the passport urgently. If possible, can I or he received the copy of SCN via email?
