Today I along with my mother and son had visited the passport office for making passport for my son Tanay. We had travelled all the way from Moga to Jalandhar to get the passport made for my son. (Token N91 date 23 Aug 16, file No. JA3060226757416) Since I do not want to remember the person again and again who spoiled and ruined my life, but your office has again given trauma to me by shunting me, my mother and my small child from pillar to post and finally told us to visit regional passport office in jalandhar. There are many high court orders on the subject wherein the High Court has directed the passport office to ammend the application form, but your office finds it very simple to harass the ladies and humiliate them to the extent possible. Though I told the staff of passport office to write the name of my ex husband on the passport and issue the passport but we were not heard and were told to visit regional passport office Jalander on a later date. Today I was completely broken by the behaviour and disrespect to woman shown by the passport office staff. I request your kind office to look into the matter ASAP and send me a solution so that passport of my son is made ASAP. In case any other information is required by your office do ask me. Also kindly let me know as to how you can help me in making the passport for my son. What all documents you require me to carry during my second visit to regional passport office. Hope you will help me in this regard and make my second visit to your passport office as the last visit for making passport for my son Tanay. Regards.
