Passport undelivered, NOT cancelled by ASHUTOSH KUMAR SINGH:

Passport undelivered/not recieved in 2010, but it still live in the system.I was told by bhopal office it will automatically get cancelled and destroyed in 2-3 years and then i can apply for a fresh passport. I applied from delhi in Feb 2015 and they have put my application on hold saying the old one is still active.
would request you to please CANCEL the passport and send me a conformation email so that i can furnish the same to delhi office for further processing.

i submit all my certificates all things are correct.and police verification also done it is clear report. but still not receive my passport .
I should get my passport within 8 working days for which i had payed respectively . But there is a lot of inconvinence and loss due to delay in passport arrival . Please show your concern by helping me out of this fix.
