Recentali I have came to no that a man named Amirali Abdul Rupani had obtained a passport from gujarat submitting crowd documents in around 2002 to 2004.actuali the man belonged to mumbai.after that he went to France as a refugee. I am not sure my information is true or not but as a citizen of India I thou it is my duty to inform.
