Top up machine is not working last 4 days and the staff was say i can't do anything in this situation he was not giving the tiken token also and the last thing he say u have to recharge again if u want to travel otherwise sorry ..... Very bad experience at delhi metro

To whomsoever it may concern, I daily board metro from Rohini East Metro Station, but today when I board metro i recharge my metro card from ticket counter, I was having Rs200 note and machine was not accepting that note then ticket executive try other note of Rs500 i got again rejected then he try again with Rs.500. this time value of Rs100 was added to my card but he didn't returned my change money of Rs.200
I'm attaching relevant details please take action as soon as possible
