Whenever there is a metro coming from the opposite direction, there is never any announcement regarding it. The 6 coach metro never stops at the ladies stop. There is always so much rush always and so much confusion that always the ladies compartment is filled with a few gents. This is such a irresponsible behaviour regarding the announcements which are never being made and we are the sufferers who travel everyday. At least two security gaurds should be there to prevent the confusion if the announcement is not made so that there is no confusion regarding the last coach which turns the first one as it then moves in the opposite direction.

Ladies make a row for recharging of card and some men in line make liwed remark and officer in charge also behaved very badly with ladies.if ladies have separate compartment in metro then why don't we have separate window for recharging our cards ( specially in working hours )?
