This email regards my new connection application , which was submitted on 23/02/2022 but there is no update afterwards, also my new house is under construction so I need it as soon as possible and there is a need for a light pole in the society because as per rule a light pole should nearby 10 meters from my house but the last pole is around 100 meters away.

H.NO.343, 344, 345, 346, 347 AND 348 IN MODINAGAR PIN 201 204 ( NEARBY ELECTRICITY OFFICE - DAYAPURI-MAHESH MARG, MODINAGAR) UP, THERE IS VERY LOW HEIGHT OF ELECTRIC CABLES /LINE AND IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO WALK THROUGH THE STREETS AND FOR STUDENT'S VAN PASSING FROM HERE. IT IS VERY OLD COLONY AND DUE TO UPLIFTING OF STREET ROADS MANY TIMES, THE ELECTRIC LINE HAS BECOME VERY LOW. THE ELECTRIC LINE HAS SO FAR NOT BEEN UPLIFTED / REPAIRED SO IT IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLIFTED TO THE HEIGHT OF ABOUT 1 METER. NO ELECTRIC DEPT. IN MODINAGAR IS CARING TO OUR COMPLAINT. ON OUR REQUEST THEY HAVE HANDED OVER US BUDGET. WE ARE PAYING BILLS IN TIME, THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ELECTRIC LINE REPAIR AND UPLIFTING THE LOW LINE IS OF THE ELECTRIC DEPT. YOU R REQUESTED TO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. THERE IS ALWAYS DANGER OF ELECTRIC CURRENT SINCE THE ELECTRIC WIRES TOUCH THE HEAD AND WE ARE ESCAPING BY PULLING THE WIRES WITH A ROPE BUT IS FULL OF DANGER. SIR YOU MUST TAKE THE LESSON FROM MEERUT DISTRICT KANVER ACCIDENT DUE TO LOW LINE. TO AVOID SUCH INCIDENTS, THE OLD LINES MUST BE REPAIRED AND UPLIFTED TO PROPER HEIGHT.
