After doing a small survey independently, I found out that there is a huge demand for Multiplexes in my town. People here have been traveling to adjacent cities like Varanasi and Gorakhpur that are better developed and have a variety of entertainment options like Cinema, Malls etc. Honestly, this is something that my family including my extended family in Ballia have also been complaining about for quite many years now. Given that with even a slow-paced urbanization in the city that has been happening in the past couple of years, people have been very welcoming towards these changes and have been wanting more of such developments that would improve their quality of life and leisure in their hometown itself. This gave us a long-term vision of expanding our Business in these areas as well. We are a reputable Business family based in Ballia and are establishing a big commercial place in the District like Shopping Complex, Marriage Lawns, Residential Apartments in more than 1 Lakh Sq. Ft. area. This commercial place is located at a prime location and provides all the necessary requirements like parking, security, transportation etc.
I am absolutely sure that this is a very good Business opportunity to start a multiplex in the City because as it has been said "necessity is the mother of invention", and people of Ballia have created the former part, clearly backed by the survey, the latter part is in the hands of people like us who have the resources, finances and vision of providing a better quality lifestyle to the people. I am also ready to give all the facilities in my capacity that would be needed for the success of this great opportunity. This will end the people's trouble of traveling more than 100 kms away from the city in order to enjoy these experiences.
