Regarding Punjab roadways bus enquiry by manpreet kaur:

I want to know that is there any verbal or written orders issued by punjab transport that buses running from jalandhar to chandigarh or vice versa will went through flyover from banga. Daily passengers are facing same problem in evening time. Bus conductor did not allow the passengers to enter bus saying that it will went through fly over. Same issue is being repeated on daily basis. Daily near about 40-50 passengers are there in evening. It's so difficult to catch bus in evening time between 5:15 pm to 6 pm. KINDLY REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

First this the phone number provided for pin bus helpline is always shown busy or seems out on machine and secondly does the bust starting from Chandigarh goes to airport dropping or drop before airport and shuttle is used to reach airport..

Bus conductor distribute tickets before starting . But when i sit in the bus he issued all the tickets. he never come again and when i ask for ticket he blaming me its your fault although i gone myself for tickets. He double charged the tickets and when i clearing my points he misbehave me and also he try caught my neck . I am a regular traveler of this bus on same route . I always taking my tickets.

Sir, I Rajinder Singh from Jammu , I travel daily in your Punjab Roadways Bus in Early Morning at 5:25 AM Jammu to Rajbagh. Except Bus no. PB10FF 4050 , all other busses of this route allow me to travel but the conductor of this bus refuses to enter me in the bus and arguments everytime with me the bus is not stopped in Rajbagh.
Rajbagh is the stop of this bus. The conductor has also ticket for this stop. I request you to take some action against this bus so that a common man can travel without any problem.

Dear Sir, Im Deepak Bhatt from Kharar , I travel daily in your Punjab Roadways Bus in Early Morning at 6:35 AM Kharar to Ludhiana. Except Bus no. PB46M9307 , all other busses of this route allow me to travel but bus is not stopped in Kharar Bus stand.and next bus after 40 Mint.

Sir, i travel everyday from jal to subhanpur,but there are many buses which does not allow me to sit,as they are all wanted only amritsar passengers, they said not to stop the buses at kartarpur,subhanpur,dillwan,beas etc etc. I want to know that the passengers like me where to go????, we suffers everyday. Please its my humble request to take strict action on jal to amritsar and vice versa route buses. Thank you.

I am your routine customer I board every week twice or thrice gurgao to Delhi and visa versa
Your driver and team so rude and insult people talk like throw them out if u ask and seat no.1,2,3,4 always booked only for conductors to sleep and no body even allowed if someone sit after sometime they go to backside bcz they have to sleep and insulting people who are from different states

Today I traveled in Pun Bus in morning from Patiala at 8:15 am as on 22nd March and i am daily passenger doing job in Bhawanigarh. I sit in Bus for bhawanigarh but driver said Bus will not go to bhawanigarh and said me to get out from Bus and 4 passengers was already sit in the bus for bhawanigarh .He misbehaved with me and after that conductor said we will go to bhawanigarh

Today morning @8:15 am ( 22nd March 2024 ) in Patiala , I used to go daily uptown from patiala to bhawanigarh. When I sit in bus driver said ki eh bus bhawanigarh nhi jandi. Niche utro .
