Nabanna(14th Floor),325,Sarat Chatterjee Road, Shibpur,Howrah- 711102 Respected Madam, With due respect and humble submission I want to inform you that I Sanjoy Kabiraj,a staff of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal.My designation is Pharmacist,Grade111.Now I am posted at R N Roy Rural Hospital, Habibpur,Malda and my date of joining was on 9.3.2016.Now I am facing big problems due to my family.Both my Parent's are suffering from Critical Diseases.My Mother is suffering from Chronic Kidney Diseases, Hypertensive Nephrosclerosis, Hypertension for last 5 years and My Father is suffering from Motor Neuron Diseases.Dialysis at any moment of my Mother can start and my Father's physical condition is very critical.My Father is completely unable to walk and his bathroom toilet is everything he does now in bed.God should not let any of them get any worse now or if they die,then it is not possible for them to take their own home for a long distance. Hon'ble Madam,I have a modest request to you that they may leave their last breath in their own home.There's no one to look after my parent's without me. Hon'ble Madam,that's why I was apply a Transfer Prayer a long time ago. Humbly request to you Madam,that my postings be made near my Home Town so that my Parent's last wishes are fulfilled and they have their last breath can leave their own home. মাননীয়া দিদি, আমি সঞ্জয় কবিরাজ বর্তমানে আর এন রায় রুরাল হসপিটালে(মালদা) ফার্মাসিষ্ট হিসাবে কর্মরত. আমি ৯.০৩.২০১৬ তারিখে এই হসপিটালে ফার্মাসিষ্ট হিসাবে কাজে যোগ দিয়েছিলাম. আমার মা এবং বাবা দুজনেই গুরুতর অসুস্থ. আমার মা এর দুটো কিডনি নষ্ট এবং বাবা মোটর নিউরন রোগে আক্রান্ত. বাবা বিছানাতে শয্যাশায়ী এবং বাথরুম পায়খানা সব বিছানাতেই করে, হাঁটতে চলতে ও কথাও বলতে পারেনা. আমি শেষ ১ বছর ধরে এখান থেকে ট্রান্সফার হবার চেষ্টা করছি,কিন্তু হচ্ছেনা. আমার বিনীত অনুরোধ দিদি যদি আমার এই অসুস্থ মা বাবার দিকে তাকিয়ে আমাকে বাড়ির কাছে ট্রান্সফার করা হয় এবং আমার মা বাবা তাদের শেষ সময়টুকু নিজের বাড়িতে সুস্থভাবে কাটাতে পারে. আমি ছাড়া আমার মা বাবাকে দেখার কেউ নেই দিদি.আমার বিনীত অনুরোধ দিদি আমার ট্রান্সফার এর দিকটি বিবেচনা করা হোক এবং আমাকে ব্যারাকপুর বি এন বোস SDH , উত্তর ২৪ পরগনা হসপিটাল এ পাঠানো হোক. দিদি ব্যারাকপুর বি এন বোস SDH, উত্তর ২৪ পরগণা এই হসপিটাল এ ১ টি ভাকান্সি ও আছে কারণ এই হসপিটাল থেকে জুলাই,২০১৯ এ একজন ফার্মাসিষ্ট অবসর নিয়েছেন. তাই আগস্ট,২০১৯ থেকে ব্যারাকপুর বি এন বোস,উত্তর ২৪ পরগণা হসপিটাল এ একটি ভ্যাকেন্সি ও তৈরি হয়ে গেছে ফার্মাসিষ্ট পোস্ট এর জন্য. তাই বিনীত অনুরোধ দিদি আমার অসুস্থ মা বাবার দিকটা বিবেচনা করে আমাকে এখান থেকে ব্যারাকপুর বি এন বোস SDH, উত্তর ২৪ পরগনা হসপিটাল এ পাঠানো হোক. বিনীত অনুরোধ দিদি আমার দিকটি একটু বিবেচনা করার জন্য. ধন্যবাদান্তে, সঞ্জয় কবিরাজ.

আমার সবিনয় আবেদন আমি সেখ সাহাজুদ্দিন আলি আমি পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর জেলার অন্তর্গত কেশপুর ব্লকের ১০ নং গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েত এলাকার শাঁকপুর গ্রামের বাসিন্দা হইতেছি, আমার পিতা মৃত সেখ নওসাদ আলি আমাকে এবং আমার সেজো বোন (আসকেরা বেগমকে) কেশপুর মৌজায় ১৬৬৮ দাগে ৬৫ ডেসিমেল ধানজমি কোনো চৌহুদ্দি ছাড়াই অর্থাৎ নকশা বিহীন সাড়ে ৩২ ডেসিমেল আমাকে এবং আসকেরা বেগমকে সাড়ে ৩২ ডেসিমেল রেজিস্ট্রি করে দেয়, ১৯৯১ সালে ও ১৯৯৬ সালে, পরবর্তীতে সেজো বোন আসকেরা বেগম ওর প্রাপ্য থেকে ছোটো বোন নাসেরা বেগমকে ১৬ ডেসিমেল জমি মনগড়া চৌহুদ্দি দিয়ে দানপত্র দলিল করে দেয়, আমি ঐ জায়গার মধ্যে একটি বসত বাড়ি, একটি ছোট্ট ডোবা খনন করেছি যার সম্ভাব্য পরিমান ১৩ ডেসিমেল, বাড়ির সামনের দিকে রাস্তা সংলগ্ন আকাশপানি গাছের বাগান আছে ও বাকি জায়গাটি খালি পড়ে আছে রাস্তা সংলগ্ন, যার দৈর্ঘ্য ১৪৩ ফুট, প্রস্থ ১৭৮ ফুট, সেজো বোন আসকেরা বেগম ও ছোটো বোন নাসেরা বেগম রাস্তা সংলগ্ন বাগান সহ সম্পূর্ণ জায়গাটি নিতে চাইছে তাতে আমার সঙ্গে মতভেদ হওয়ায় সেজো বোন ও ছোটো বোন কোর্টে ২০১৭ সালে Title Suit(No-345/2017) মামলা রুজু করে আমি কোর্টের নির্ধারিত দিনক্ষণ অনুযায়ী যথারীতি সশরীরে হাজিরা দিয়ে আসছি এমতাবস্থায় আমার দুই বোন শাঁকপুর গ্রামের মুখ্যাকে এই সম্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে ২০২০ সালে বিচার দিয়ে যায়, কিন্তু গ্রামের মুখ্যামোড়ল, দেশবাসীর উপস্থিতিতে বিচার না করে বর্তমান T.M.C পাটির মুষ্টিমেয় কয়েকজন নেতার উপস্থিতিতে পার্টি অফিসে আমাকে ডেকে ধমক দেয় এবং মারমুখী হয় কথা বলার মতো আমাকে কোনো সুযোগ দেয়নি, তবুও আমি বলার চেষ্টা করি যেহেতু বিষয়টি কোর্টের অধীনে আছে বোনেরা মামলা নিস্পত্তির প্রমানপত্র দেখাক, তখন আমার উপর আরও উত্তেজিত হয়ে পড়ে এবং চরম তিরস্কার করে, উপস্থিত নেতৃত্ববৃন্দ ঘোষণা দেয় দুই লক্ষ টাকা এবং তিন ডেসিমেল জমি আমাদেরকে দিতে হবে, আমি তখন দিতে অস্বীকার করি তখন পুনরায় ঘোষণা দেয় তুমি তোমার পরিবার সহ দুর্গাপূজা পর্যন্ত সামাজিক বয়কট থাকবে, (দোকানবন্ধ, চাষবাসবন্ধ, বাজারঘাটবন্ধ, চা দোকানবন্ধ) ১৭/০৭/২০২১ শনিবার সকাল থেকে অদ্যবধি আমি ঘরবন্দী অবস্থায় আছি , দোকানটি আমার একমাত্র উপার্জনের পথ সেটি বন্ধ থাকায় সংসারে খাবারের টান পড়েছে, ছেলেমেয়েরা এবং আমার ৭৫ বৎসর বয়সী বৃদ্ধা মা চরম কষ্টের মধ্যে দিন যাপন করছে।
এমতাবস্থায় আপনার নিকট স্বনির্বন্ধ অনুরোধ যাতে আমি এবং আমার পরিবার সুস্থ এবং সামাজিক জীবনযাপন করতে পারি তার প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহনের জন্য আপনার কৃপাদৃষ্টি কামনা করি।

I want to bring the matters in your knowledge that One of North Kolkata's president Mr Ashish Biswas has come in my school MOMIN HIGH school on 10th , Feb 2022at 11 :30 AM for yearly collection of shiksha cell membership Every year he collect the yearly subscription much higher than the amount mentioned in the shiksha cell receipt . Yesterday he was also demanding for ₹ 150/ per member and every body in my school has given him the said amount but he is giving the receipt of ₹ 10/-Now his attention turned towards me & demanding the afosaid amount but I argued him of why he was not giving the receipt of ₹150/- he told me that u no need to pay the amount ₹ 10/- sir under the above circumstances what can we do know.

As you always has taken initiative to bring justice for the people of West Bengal. I am working at Peerless Hotels for last 16 years. I have been resigned from the Company due to several reason and I had a Cerebral Attack while on Duty. I was Hospitalized for 8 days and was at ICU. Now the Company is harassing me and my family to give the clearance as they have money. They are provoking me to commit suicide. I have all evidence.
