    My Name is Mohd sharik ali A/C No. 1751690739 and registered Phone number 9810579721 paid amount 1210 i have paid electricity bill on 4th of Jun but it's not reflecting on the UPPCL URBAN web portal then i called on the tollfree number18001803002 on Friday 10th of Jun and discussed with respective executive she told me that payment has been received and it will be reflect on the web portal within 24 to 48 hrs. now today i have checked on the web portal but still not reflect.

    I discussed with my bank they told me that payment has been successfully received by electricity department.

    I would requesting you, as payment has been through from my END, please update on the web portal so that i never face the issue for the next bill.
