the contractor sbstc on duty fron jhargram to kolkata bus at 9. 16 am at derua have seen to take money from local passenger without giving ticket. so necessary action have to take from your side. he pocketing public money.

Hi sir, I'm a passenger of your Sbstc busses today I have faced a problem for fair.The bus conductor of WB39A9556 (Sbstc bus) claims that his bus is not under Sbstc rules and fairs.. I have requested him and I'm showing him the actual fair but he doesn't care about that and literally abusing me with his words and threatened me. So plz sir take a action on him..

SBSTC buses don't have any sense of timings. Due to irregular timings, I had to wait for more than 2hrs which is a very bad and harsh experience .
