    I have complained many a times regarding power cut. Today our is power cut for more than two hours and yesterday it was 10 hours no power supply. They alway make excuses stating it was due to feeder failure some times it is due to kite threat which let to cut the wire. And some time they told us lamphel transformer is a big so not able to supply.

    It's been ages now but some things will never change. No matter it's pre-paid service or regular. The complain no. Never works and all they need is an excuse that it rained heavily and electricity was disconnected and never came back for the entire night after that.

    For them it's bed time @ 7PM but we have to work night shift and excuse for electricity is the worst to expect. That too consecutive days..

    Living in 21st century but I guess their are certain things which never changes.

    Hi,
    I got a new prepaid connection on January 2022. Mys Connection ID is 777748600025 and Meter Number is 20308183 (HPL Meters). Since then 'Freedom (a unit for recharging purpose)' was not issued. Because of non issuance of this unit I have to climb a ladder/step every time as I need to reach the main meter. In doing so, last December, I broke my bones as I fell from it. Plastering was done at JNIMS on 4th December 2022. For One and half months I was not able to attend office. So my income become nil. On top bills for buying medicines pile up. I have raised a complaint on 17/01/2023 to change the location of the meter box as I do not want this to happen again. My complain number is 2353140169. Requesting you to look into this issue.
