मेरे मीटर लगे 4 साल हो चुके है पर कोई रीडींग लेने आया विभाग से 4 साल मे केवल 2 बार रिडींग लेने आया
एक साथ इतनी रीडींग के ज्यादा रू. देने पड रहे है
ओर हर महीने मन मर्जी से रिडींग भेज देते है
दिसंबर के बाद मेरे घर पर कोई नही रहता पर फिर भी जनवरी वह मार्च कि रीडींग 110 / 92 भेज दिया
है
यह रीडींग कया आपके विभाग वालो ने उपयोग कि कया
दुख है कि मै देश के सबसे लापरवाह विभाग का कस्टमर हुं यह देश का दुर्भाग्य है
