Respected sir,
Iam from purbani village teh. Kalpa distt. Kinnaur (H.P). I am here writing this complaint letter regarding transformer i.e (Pole mounted substation) yesterday the transformer sparks and huge amount of spark was generated in the lines resulting the transform catched fire. My house is too near to that transformer around ( 10-15 Meters Something ) range And made up of totally wood so here the chance of fire this is a severe problem we are facing , although the transformer is too old 20 years something. the line man (Narender) is not doing their job properly he is not aware of this concern please help us, we are in a big trouble

Sir please take action regarding above said as soon as possible.because JEE and line man not doing their jobs honestly. I call to Branch jee many time but he said he is also without light in his home and line man said i cant solve yours problems.

I request you that please take action regarding above said as soon as possible because JEE and line man of our branch is not doing their wok honestly. I call them many time but JEE said that he is also living without light in his home and line man said that he cant solve the problem.

I am resident of village salan p.o raipur teh.palampur distt kangra (176085).power cuts in our area from last one month raising frequently.from last 2 days 7-8 hours power cuts I:e 21-08-2019 and 22-08-2019.there is no light at night as well
Students and people's faces lots of problem without electricity.please review this matter.

श्रीमान जी, मैं चुन्नीलाल सन ऑफ हजारी लालchojh पोस्ट ऑफिस मणिकरण तहसील भुंतर जिला कुल्लू है हमारे गांव में बिजली वोल्टेज की भारी कमी है हमारे गांव में 63 केवी का ट्रांसफार्मर है जिसमें 3 गांव आते सभीगांव में लगभग 60घर हैं हमने बहुत बार विभाग से आग्रह किया गांव chojh में 100 केवी का ट्रांसफार्मर लगाए बिजली की समस्या हल हो जाएगी बिजली बोर्ड को भी अच्छा पैसे की कमाई होगी मोदी जी आगे सर्दी आने वाली है बिजली ज्यादा यूज होती है हम आपसे निवेदन करते हैं कि जल्द से जल्दी ट्रांसफर लगाया जाए धन्यवाद

I am Anil Kumar Jaswal belongs to Una road Gagret. My electric meter is against my father Jagdish Singh's name.My two months bill in the past always avges Rs.500/-. But to my surprise this time my bill from 15July-19sept, 2019 is Rs.949/-. I found this to be inflated. So I am man with meagre resources. So try to understand my plight and rectify the anomaly created by your dept. I will feel obliged.

For the last several months your HPSEB power supply to our colony has been highly erratic and unreliable..excuses from the complaint cell varies from fallen trees to supply being cut off from Solan or Chail...I thought that as customers we are entitled to a better service in today’s day and age ..

The electricity supply of my house has been intruptEd from 7o clock daily in morning. I have made complain today morning at 9.30 am then 1 pm and after that 16.30 pm again but the concerned staff has not rectify the complain neither they given any response.While the electricity of souronding houses was present but my alone house keep in dark for the whole night.

Sir/Madam,
With due respect i want to make you aware about the reality and negligence of the electricity department of the paonta sahib. The street lights has been dead from 5-6 days and lot of suffering we were facing at night when darkness arises. The risk of theft is more probable for the thief at this darkness and risk of accidents also arises more. I had already told about this to the department of electricity at paonta sahib but they were least concern about this. Do something in the view of repair this light or any other technical fault.
