Please be informed that while going for office today, we met an accident with a car. Sweta Agarwal and I were on the way where an unwitting driver took a
sharp turn and knocked us off our motorbike. Both of us sustained injuries, I have wounds on my hands and legs and some contusions. I also have a sprained ankle.
Whereas Sweta have wounds on her legs as well as concussions on the back of her head. Due to the severe body aches and injuries, we won’t be able to travel for a week. Also, Sweta's mother is not well and she is in Dhampur, Uttar Pradesh. So her uncle has took her to Dhampur yesterday evening with all the precautions. So that after getting better Sweta can also take care of her mother, also she used to visit Dhampur frequently because of the same.
I had attached a copy of Medical prescription with this application for your concern and the doctor has strictly advised us of a bed rest for proper cure and health recovery.
We have purchased the flight tickets of both the ways from New Delhi, India to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia the Bookinh ID is (PNR-XTPZYH). The Flight number is D7183 Air Asia. We were going on the trip with our friends.
The departure is on Sunday, 22nd April'2018 from New Delhi at 11:15 pm and the arrival is on Monday, 23rd April'2018 Kuala Lumpur at 7:15 am.
The return flight is on Monday, 30 April'2018 at 7:00 pm depature from Kuala Lumpur and arrival time is 10:00 pm at New Delhi on the same day.
The tickets have cost us Rs 45,966. But, unfortunately due to the severe injuries occured to us and the bed rest recommended by the doctor we cannot go according to plan.
Keeping this in view, I request you to cancel our tickets and refund the payment. I am a frequent traveller and a loyal customer and this favor will increase
my loyalty to a great extent. I am again sorry for the inconvenience. I shall be really thankful for this favor of yours. I thank you in anticipation.

i had made the following return ticket from your website, i did not got visa yet if a cancel the ticket then how much amount i shall get. please intimate me.
if i get re-scheduled the same keeping in 15 days difference than how much difference and other charges i have to pay. please intimate me at the earliest.
