i want to know my loan details
I haven't received my NOC by Prince Antony:

I made all the payments regarding the loan on Feb 13, 2020, and yet I haven't received the NOC. I've tried to contact the office many times and each time they won't pick up or tell me an excuse. It's been two years since I've been trying to collect my NOC. After I was fed up with the employee's carelessness, I tried to contact the customer service and they told me that the offices in Kerala aren't operational at present. They asked me to pay an extra amount of 300 rupees for reissuing the NOC. Is this how to treat the customers? If the company can't send me my NOC within one month, I'll be forced to move legally. I'll file a suit against the company regarding the concerned matter in the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum (CDRF).
