Provision of cylinder if change from PNG to cylinder due to change of residence by C P Singhal:

My connection was transferred from Madhu Gas Agency to you. Currently I am using PNG. I would like to clarify what shall be the situation if I change residence where PNG is not there. Can I get my gas cylinder back and connection reactivated in such case? Please advise.

Got delivered msg but not got the cylinder by Darshan Kumar:

It's happening for 2nd time that we are getting the delivery msg of gas cylinder but not got the gas cylinder.... Also the gas filled in the cylinder also less in weight.. Whenever we ask the deliver man to weight it, he denies to do so by saying we don't have the weight machine
