Dear Sir,
MY GAS ID is 31382 ; as per my last booking my gas cylinder was supposed to be delivered on 19.11.2016 but it is 24th of November now and it is still not delivered at my house. After checking on toll free number it says it is delivered and it conveys that next booking can be taken after 30th November. It very dubious condition to understand that it seems the delivery boy has sold to someone
Kindly take action and I want my booked gas cylinder to be delivered as soon as possible

I was booked a cylinder of 17th of may2021 they had delivered on the 18th of may 2021, but its packing seal was open due to which we had sent it back, so we have not yet received the second cylinde right now. How much longer do I have to wait for the second cylinder.
