I wish to complain about the attrocious service from your Mosque Road outlet. I visited your Fraser Town , Mosque Rd. outlet at around 6.45 p.m. today 26/11 and checked with them whether they did home deliveries, after they said yes, and informed me theminimum order was to be 350 Rs. , i took the menu. later i phoned and one Ms. Rithika picked up n when i asked for the price of the deal of the day sanwich price if it was doubled in size, she informed that the delivery boy had left the place and she she could not take the order. after about 15 mins a male voice called me n used threatening language n said he wud block my orders with all Subway outlets. I have been a regular customer of subway in several countries n have never experienced such rude n obnoxious behaviour. I need prompt action on your part. Thank you very much.
