Haldiram’s sweets are what we all crave for. Haldiram has always been known for mouthwatering sweets. This sweets chain of shop was founded in the year 1937 by Gangabisenji Agarwal. It was a tiny shop in Bikaner. Beside sweets one can get crunchy and crispy namkeen for the shop. It offers an array of product like canned sweets sherbets papad cookies and many more.

Today I reach haldiram chandni chowk to take gift pack of rs 2120 around at 3:00 pm in 26th March 2021 a person is standing beyond gift pack I asking to show me gift pack for purchase their behaviour is not he asking me again again that don't touch it and in harsh voice they are asking me to stay back when I complaint to manager they behave like is not doing anything
There behaviour is not right please taught some ethics to workers to severe customer otherwise haldiram will be oneday a history

I bought KAJU GUNJIA under Haldiram GST Bill no. 301/2223/866651 dated 07.03.2022 at 5:32:15PM to gift specifically as per their taste at Jaipur, Immediately, after taking packed delivery of box, I rushed for Jaipur and reached there at 01:00am.
I was shockingly surprised to see the packed box delivered to me was having plain KAJU KATLI, which was not bought by me.
This service defect, badly affected my reputation amongst my respectables at the time of HOLI festival.
I continuationly tried to contact the shop at the given numbers on GST invoice, which were not correct.
In the circumstances, I prayed to GOD to give the shop keeper to be very specific in delivery of purchased item to right person.
