Hi Team,
I (Sumit sharma) , planned to take the Japyee sports club membership for 3 yrs of rs 2,80,000 and deposited the initial payment of Rs 1,11, 320 on 22nd Aug 2023.
I was yet to submit the post dated cheques and adhar card details to get my ID generated. The process was not completed. I only made the payement.
But unfortunatley I suffered from knee and shoulder injury and docotor has adviced me not to play any sports for next 6 months.
Thus i would request to please refund my amount of Rs 1,11,320 as soon as possible as i am not plannjng to take the membership anymore due to this injury.

This is not acceptable at all . On what grounds you are cutting 3 months charges ??
1) No membership was taken, i didnt not submit my documents for membership.
No membership ID was created and given to me
2) I never used facilites during this period.
3) I already met Atul and asked him not to process anything and start initiating my refund of which he acknowledged and confirmed.
4) Atul confirmed 1k file charges will be deducted and rest will be refunded.
I will not accept any deductions and will file cases of Forgery and cheating if my full refund is not processed. I will make sure everyone suffers the same how much you are making me suffer physically and mentally on top of wasting my time.
please process my full refund and close this matter ASAP.
I have requested enough through all proper channels. i will not accept any further harrassment or Delay.
