    The food is nothing like Karim's Delhi. by Nadeem:

    I have a complaint about Karim's Silchar. The kebabs were salty both the chicken and mutton. The mutton biryani that I ordered was dry. Also there was no raita or salan given alongside the dish. Didn't even finish it. The mojito and the sweet lime soda were non fizzy and flat. All in all, the taste was abysmal. Will avoid it with my life till you actually correct it.

    Subject: Complaint Regarding Overbilling at Your Laxmi Nagar, Delhi Franchise Center

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and register a complaint about an incident of overbilling at your franchise center located in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.

    On the evening of 27.12.2023, my family and I visited your center for dinner at approximately 10:00 pm. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, including Chicken Jahangiri, Egg Curry, Chicken Seekh Kebab, Khameeri Roti, Firni, etc. After enjoying our meal, I proceeded to the counter to settle the bill. To my surprise, the person at the counter presented a bill amounting around Rs. 5550/-.

    Upon inspecting the bill, I noticed that several items had been added that were not part of our order. I brought this discrepancy to the attention of both the waiter and the counter staff.
    Unfortunately, not only were they impolite in their response, but they also attempted to justify the overbilling. Despite my objections, they were uncooperative and failed to acknowledge the error.

    I requested, in a polite manner, for the necessary corrections to be made, and for us to be charged only for the items we had actually ordered. Despite our persistence, your staff initially reset the bill but continued to charge us extra. This not only resulted in humiliation and mental agony but also left me feeling discomfort, disappointed & frustrated not only before my family but before other customers as well in the resturant,

    Before resorting to social media to share my experience, I am formally escalating this complaint in the hope that you will take swift and appropriate action against the issues I have encountered. I urge you to address this matter promptly, reevaluate the behavior of your staff, and take corrective measures to ensure such incidents do not recur.

    Please consider this complaint as a sincere request for resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I trust that you will investigate the matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I look forward to a timely and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
