SK Sharma seek clarification whether the pension from Employees Provident fund under EPS-95 is non-taxable u/s 10(11) of income tax act or not? Answer- The amount of pension received under the EPF scheme should be exempt under Section 10(11) of the act. I could not under stand the meaning of should be exempt. I have consulted different CA,s . All are of the firm opinion that the EPF pension is taxable. Kindly clarify.
Sewer complaint: no action on cm window by Murli Dhar Mangla:

We lodge complaint of overflow sewer on cm window last month. But no action till now. Complaint is of Urban Estate Jind district. All sewerage lines are completely blocked and overflowing on roads and no action by govt departments. Although, cm window is also not able to close this issue.
