Hindu English news paper for a long time, We like to say that
we have not received the same from 21/4/2018 even though we have paid the subscription in
time.More over yearly subscription amount is only 1279/-But you have demanded Rs 999/-for
6 months. This is not fair on your part.We can ready to pay the balance Rs280/-
(1279-999=280) as yearly subscription for the current year. Your toll free number

Hindu newspaper non delivery- poor customer service by Srikanth:

I have paid money for 1 year subscription of the Hindu, my issues are;
1. Non delivery of the newspaper
2. subscriber ID name wrong in your database- Sharanabasappa is the person who has taken my money, but you keep addressing me as him
3. In last 15 days i have spent 129 minutes in total to your call centre, spoken to soumya, sarala, saravanan etc who are helpless.
4. Bangalore office santosh does not care to respond to calls of customer.
5. I have written emails to customer service atleast 15 times, no action so far.
6. I have tweeted to Rajiv lochan as well yesterday, so far no action.

I am also facing the same problem since 01.10.2018. everyday i am calling the infantry raod office. each time new person speaks and assure to rectify next day. this is 10.10.2018. no solution found. i am unable to get the refund also. susprisingly even call centre number is not working.
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE HINDU with more than 100 years of existence.

Sir, My father R Rubin has contributed to Hindu by was of articles letter to the editor on social economical political and religious issues from 1980 to 2005. He passed away in 2009. As we are celebrating 100th birthday shortly we wish to collect the material. Will appreciate if you can support us to get his contribution. We will bear the nominal cost if any for this purpose. Hi Team,
Could you please tell me why this is happenning again and again, I am not receiving the paper from past 2 days again. Just before this I have raised so many compalaints since I haven't received the paper for more than a month and as soon as the complaint has been closed, received the paper for 3 days, again its happening the same.
Could you please take an urgent action regarding this.I am not gonna renew my subscription again.
