After dismantling the ac, motor is gone and gas is not their. I just asked for cleaning and now I spent 5k and ac has gone worst.

Hi team,
I have booked bathroom cleaning for two restrooms and on the day of service, service person came for cleaning but due to power shortage in his machinary, he didn't not perform any service. Later he told repairing of machinary at service center takes 7 days. After 7 days he said his machinary not working after service as well and he given it in service centre again.
Later he mentioned, he is coming in 2 to 3 days but no response Later. Urban company app doesn't accept any issue due passage of time.
Now the service person not responding to calls and I ended up getting no service after paying amount.
