Dear Sir,
On 07.02.2023 one ladies cloth was booked vide consignment no.K59491860 from DTDC KANCHRAPARA branch KF-091 on 07.02.2023. The said consignment was supposed to be received by the consignee at Ahmedabad by next 4/5 days. However due to non-receipt of the clothes by my daughter at Ahmadabad by next 10 days, I have contacted DTDC KANCHRAPARA branch KF-091 and they told me that the consignment have seized by Dum-Dum airport vigilance as there was a silver ring in the pocket of the garments. They told be that due to silver material a fine of Rs.5000.00 have been imposed by the Vigilance Authorities. Immediately I have paid Rs.5000.00 to DTDC KANCHRAPARA branch KF-091since it was my fault that the ring was present with the garment without my knowledge or unknowingly or without my deliberate intention. On payment of imposed fine the representative of DTDC named Somnath Mondal told me that by 15 days they will send back my booked consignment. However till date DTDC have not returned back my consignment. However since last 10 days your DTDC KANCHRAPARA branch KF-091 remined closed and it is learnt that DTDC has closed their business from Kanchrapara. All mobile no. Of the proprietor ( 8981435212 or 9339798569) are not responding.
In view of above circumstances kindly advice how the consignment could be recovered. It is also learnt that there are a large number of customer who have not received their consignment due to sudden closer of DTDC KANCHRAPARA branch KF-091.
In support of my above statement, I am enclosing herewith DTDC consignment receipt copy along with screen shot copy through which I had paid Rs. 5000.00 to Shri Somnath Mondal (Employee of DTDC service centre) to meet the charges imposed by Airport Vigilance Authority.
Kindly help and advice to get back my consignment booked vide consignment no. K59491860 .
