This is to bring into your kind notice that I am facing wifi issue since morning today. i called on the customer care in the morning - they tried to resolve the issue on call, but couldn't and told me that the technician will visit and resolve the issue.
Nobody came, I called in the evening again and the cc reported that my issue has been been resolved in the morning already as per their data.
I told him its not!
He again tried to resolve the issue on call asking me to do do same stuff i did in the morning and he also told me the same that the technician will visit.
I am a working woman, cant take off every day. Kindly look into the matter and get the issue resolved in real ASAP.
