I had ordered vide order no 171-0458316-7610710 dated 07.08.2019 , two nos. Canon 745 printer cartridges. The order was fully paid in advance by credit note. However, after 10 days I received only one cartridges vide invoice No. HYD-1549432 of 10.08.2019 supplied by Appario Retail Private Ltd., GMR Airport City, Shamsbad, Hyderabad. I tried to contact your customer service, but they were not available. Please ask the supplier to deliver the balance cartridge

As it is still not delivered this is second time I ordered rakhi and it is not yet delivered first order got cancelled on end moment how you guys are providing services all because of you I still not celebrated my festival
I want resolution and this is last time I'm using amazon I will uninstall as flipkart is providing better service than yours they deliver before that date of commitment no one suffer because of them and your company is providing worst service how will customers get satisfied with this kind of service
