Amount debited but ticked not booked & Refund Not received by Palaniyappan:

Dear Sir / Madam,
This month, on March 22nd, 2024, I booked a ticket and paid through the CRED app. The amount was debited from my account, but the ticket was not booked. The same message was displayed after booking, stating, "In case the amount is debited from your account, it will be refunded in 4-5 days." However, I have not yet received my refund of Rs.1260.
Already discussed with cred team on this matter. Cred team side no pending and they want confirmation from your end.
