Very unprofessional and unethical approach.
You guys are dealing with medical service, and here time and trust are very important, and you are not concerned for any of the things.
I bring some point to your notice-
1.At time of RTPC sampling(8 AM @ 26th Aug 21)- you told me by i can get me report by 10 PM, in tiff case max by 8 AM you will have to have get your RTPCR report. But after chasing get my report around 10:30 AM , and i waited in Hotel lobby for more than 2 Hrs.
2.After 5 days when i asked why i havenot reccived my reports, i got anser- there was error in my mail id- nad that error was- i was missing from mail spelling, you guys have dont time for spelling checking and that of of mail .

Too much harassment from your site . My sample collection time was 7.30 am no one came . I called on customer complaint no they also kept my phone down.
