Sir,
I hold the following LIC Policy: Jeevan Akshay-VI, Policy No. 117933935 with date of commencement 28.03.2015, issued at LIC, Defence Colony Branch, New Delhi. This policy was taken when I was in New Delhi. Presently, I am settled at Kalamasserry, Ernakulam, Kerala and I would like to change the address in the policy from the given Delhi address to present Kerala address. Kindly inform me the procedure to do so.
The bank details for pension payment remains the same.
I have submitted the life certificate/existence certificate today at the LIC, Kalamasserry Branch.
