This is in continuation to my grievances dated 8th instant, one of your representative cane to my place yesterday & collected sample of gems with tiny holes all over. Though he wanted to convince me by sayi g that only outer coverinv is damaged whereas tiney holes were very clearly visible. I do have a picture of the same but since there is no provision of enclosin an attachment thus could not. As already mention that I had purchased thd same for my grand daughter & had been complaining about stomach pain after consuming the same as such there might be some worms etc in those tiney holes. Since the same were handed over to your represrntative on demand & had requested for clarification on the issues which are still awaited as such you are kindly requested to reply by return mail as I am much concerned about the well being of my child since she has consumed more many & the holes on Gems were noticed bh me yesterday only. Hopefully you understand my concern & respond back by return mail.
