Pending of two domicillary bills by Rajkumar kale:

Two domicillary bills are pending for Dr digonesis and date wise sitting for physiotherapy both bills are the part @ parcel of old bills files along with old bills which is passed by you ate your records please see the files.in which digonesis of Dr of cortex hospital is given also date wise sitting plan is also there but if comp wants fresh I will submit fresh .so passed my bill of rs 2759 of cortex hospital

I have submiited the documents related to my PHS claim:4083986(A) to Paramount TPA along with the originals demanded .But even they are saying there is still deficiency and they are not original.They are wasting the time.i called their Mumbai office which asked me to call Delhi office who in turn refused to provide me the supervisor name and asked me to send the query via email.Fraud people refusing to pay the claim amount
