Very unprofessional beheviour by service staff Akar service centre Jaipur by Nitin kumar agrawal:

I went to Akar service centre with my bike passion pro for servicing in 22 December. I get noted all complains of my bike to work shop manager. He wrote down each complain which I told him. After service I paid all dues and came back but in way same problems was there while I driving my bike. The change only oil and washed nothing else. After that i got new job so I was not able to go again for ractify my bikes complain then in 22 Jan I went there again and told him that same complains was there which was I told previous service. They told that meter senser faulty so need to change. I told then that kindly change they told 700 amount and 150 service charge to be paid I agreed. But fir bhi Ek ghante se Uper wait kraya mne bar bar bola ki mujhe mere bete ki doctor ko dikhane jana hei appointment heu PlZ jaldi krva dijiye but they ignored all time finally I came back again without ractify my complain. Jb Jane LGa Tb bol rhe the ki abhi kr dete hei ap ruk jao but mujhe ek ghnte wait krne k bd bhi unhone response ni diya Koi so I came back. I know is feedback or Koi dhyan ni diya jayega as Apki company bht large heu ek kharab feedback apke liye Koi mayne ni. But I promise Mei kabhi future ne hero ki bike ni lunga or na hu kisi ko recommend krunga ki ap hero ki bike lo. Serice part is important which you guys can't provide for your valuable customers. Or jo workshop in charge Bhanupratap hei Vo I think lgta hei ki hero ka founder hi hei Usko bola ki mujhe meri complain escalate aage krni hei kisi concern person ka number de do ya mail I'd de do but he denied bolte hei k I m only one from concern.
