I received a call from your zebronics and had gone through a whole lot of troubleshooting inspite of knowing this is device malfunction/hardware fault.
Suggestion from your rep to visit the service center and get the device checked. I am in a containment zone in bangalore and its really not possible to visit your service center and get the device checked and then they will raise a request for replacement. This is totally unacceptable for a Rs300 worth device, I was advised to visit multiple times and convenience your service center staff that this is faulty and an absolutely worse product?
I am still waiting for a resolution to this issue. Can you escalate this to higher authorities?
