What is Rupay ?
It is a domestic and international Payment Gateway which can be used for making payment’s or doing transactions at various Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Point of Sale (POS) Devices and many E-Commerce Websites. This is initiative has been taken by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) which means it is full secured way to make payments.
There products are Debit Card, Credit Card, Prepaid Card, Virtual Card and Bharat QR.
They have tied up with more than 600 International & Domestic Banks. Main motive is to promote “Cash Less” economy.
Since its inception they have gained a large customer database with the help of there promoters banks which includes State Bank of India, HSBC, ICICI, HDFC, Citibank, Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India, Canara Bank and Punjab National Bank.

1- Rupay Cards can be used at 1,45,270 ATM’s & 8,75,000 POS across India.
2- It has become the largest card network with a share of more than 43%.
3- They have more than 375 millions of customer’s.
4- Platinum Debit/Credit Card are accepted Internationally via Discover Financial Network and JCB Network.

They also have various “Complaint Form’s” which can be filled at the time of any emergency.

Rupay Cards Customer Care Helpline Numbers- Not Available
They don’t have launched a “Contact Number” at which troubled customer’s can make complaint and ask for help.
Instead of “Helpline Number” they have a separate page whose name is “Frequently Asked Question (FAQ’s)” where list of common question’s were updated which were asked by the customer’s.
