Dear sir /mam
As I am a regular customer of your company..due to pandemic the payment sometimes delayed by some hours not over due.but one your dept lady misbehaved like she said paise dne ki aukat ni hoti toh lete kiu ho...this completely a harrasment..she sent me remainder msg than I told her will do before 3:30 due to some issue I was not able to pay that.then I paid it at 11:45 at night.but she continuously msged at night so late just for small incentive...plz look through it..it really pathetic complete torture. How someone can say about someone aukat
