    Dear Sir,
    I purchased the New access 125 from janakiram motors rajapalayam virudhunagar Dt, last week but its stop three in running condition. i complaint the dealer to change the two wheeler but they are not changing and also they are not respond to me, they try to give the same vehicle but i don't want because the new vehicle stop three times its not a good sign. i am not asking money i want change the new vehicle without trouble otherwise i m go to consumer court.so, please solve the problem.

    Hi,

    I am very unhappy with the service provided by the newly opened Suzuki service center, Athvith Motors in Chennai.
    I had given my motor bike for servicing, the servicing was done ok but they over charged, when asked, they reduced the amount.
    I had kept my Original RC Book in the vehicle (under the seat), which I did not mention at the time of giving my vehicle for servicing however when I went to take the delivery of my vehicle, I asked for my original RC Book and when I got it, it was fully TORN and when asked I was told it was already torn, I did not accept that it was torn however when the person in the show room behaved very rude and bad with me and said, they are not responsible for this rc book loss and can not do any thing.
    We give our vehicle for servicing with a trust that it will be taken care of along with its belongings, I understand I did not mention at the time of giving the vehicle for servicing that does not mean it will be returned to me in such a worst condition.
    Please address this with the concerned service center and hope I will get a positive response from you.

    My name is Kishore kumar,

    My invoice number is 001/BC/19002281, JOB CARD-JC19002206, JOB CARD DATE 22/08/2019, COUSTER ID- 1725197431, THE ABOVE SAID ARE DETAILS OF MY SERVICING OF BIKE ,
    i had given my bike serving on 22/8/19, due to it got skied , then they had charged many things which i actually don’t know completely, but i trusted Suzuki service and paid amount of 15867.00 Rs. and they had made disk pad change, and pad se and shim set, i thought it was good , but after changing it the bike was good for 2 days and i left Chennai, later after two days i came and taken my bike, and while driving i got sound from front dis,
    the next day on my ride it got loose and was fallen i was in the middle of the road and it made me feel like wat happen to me if i got injured and met with an accident , whom should i blame ? u ? or me for trusting u?
    i am not ready to give my bike again to them for servicing, if u want i will pay more but don’t play with customers life and money by making worst servicing like this ,
    this was never expected from a reputed company like Suzuki, just understand the pain of customer at this time is it necessary for him to think about your severing in the middle of the n8?
    is this wat i get by paying u 15867.00 Rs ? wat u want exactly from an customer if this is it. then i am not ready for this, any more i need an immediate response for this.
    i am not at all happy the things happen to me .

    I will buy Bergman on 17/6/2020 in ssk motors at mkm branch. this month is 5th service i will conduct the service center but there is no response from the service center side. I said some complaint to vehicle (ex engine noise and the self start is problem) for the first month i said but the service centre side they did not rectify the problem and also the service center is not respons for my complaint the workman also not say any proper answer to my question ur mkm service point is very worst so kindly solve my issue
