I had purchage 2 nos of 1000 ltrs Sheetal Water Tank at my house no 2697 Jawahar Colony NIT Faridabd 2 years before.out of 2 tanks 1 is leak badly. purchased from Bankey Bihari hardware Store, Air Force More Jawahar Colony NIT Faridabd Please replaced or repair it urgently.

I am pursuing 1000 liter Sheetal water tank from 'Bhogal' New Delhi in 2014 with 10years of warenty. But the tank having 3 major leaking issue in the middle and lower part. I have facing the problem from last month so please help me or geting me your best job.

I have purchased 4 overhead water tanks 1500 liters each in January 2016 for my home Sheetal King model from RK sanitary 9899099143 gurgaon in white color having 10 years warranty.
In September 2018 all tanks developed multiple cracks in bottom , and some of them started leaking. I complained at customer care.to get them repaired. the technician came and along with my personal plumber help who got them dismantled and emptied, he put some melted plastic from outside (for small cracks in 3 tanks) and from inside(for one big crack in one tank).
Now again just after 6 months another tank started leaking and repair done from outside has been removed. for all other tanks.
Please let me know that how long i need to suffer for buying such a branded and expensive item with such a poor quality.. Service and customer service is also very poor as they take lots of time to respond . Need a firm action from Sheetal group to advise RK Sanitary to replace my all tanks with flat botom. Since your Sheetal kind model has major architectural defect and has not been tested well before putting to consumer to take load and durability perspective.
My all tanks must be replaced with flat bottom or full money should be returned. I have suffered a lot and been suffering with your defective product. need solution asap before i got into a legal action against company for my money loss and mental harassment being a woman.
Kindly look into the matter and compensate my problem
