Reference is made to the ECS ret charges debited on 09 cot 18 and 10 oct 18 from my account 4730000400000910. Every month 09th my EMI of RS 12944/- to Tata Capital housing ltd would be deducted. But many times it is happening that account is sufficiently funded and ECS ret charges have been deducted from my account. This month It is deducted twice once on 09 oct and other on 10 oct 18. Please do the needful and refund the charges. also make sure that nothing happened like this in future.

My self Maha Singh Hooda i m retired army officer age 78 years ( 6 medals ) and mahavir enclave branch manager miss behaving with me and he talk to me like a uneducated prrson he is refused to help me out and now where i should go i dont know shall i go to media or i call consumer cell if your manager level employ done this to 78 yr old person he ask me again and again rebuish question when i was telling him properly one thing then why should he saying that thing for 30 minutes can you help me out
