Hello...I was placing an order for an Allen Solly shirt and was in the last stage of payment. I entered my debit card details as well. An amount of Rs. 1365 got deducted but it said error and the order wasn't placed.
Neither was my order placed nor could I do something about it as it said error again. 1365/- has gotten deducted though! Kindly help me with this.

It was promised that the shirt would be exchanged but not suddenly refused. The short was bought during SALE but we were told that we could exchange it anytime. After 9-10 visits and no availability of size, stock, we are asked to come later. Now finally when we arrive that the store they refuse to exchange the shirt.

Dear Sir,
I redeem my credit card point to Planet fashion voucher of Rs.1000.00. When i visit planet store & purchase a shirt worth Rs.2000.00 and i want to redeem my voucher worth Rs.1000.00, The store manager asking to purchase more than Ten thousand rupees to redeem the voucher but there is no condition at the time of redemption of my point. please resolve my issue, so that i can redeem my voucher.

I purchased one petter England shirt from planet fashion in Odisha Bhadrak counter price of Rs. 999
Now it's discounted offer price is Rs. 799 counter staff says. After my rebate points was 1500 points, the shirts price shows Rs. 80. But staff says it's wrong not given double discount, you should be paid price on actual price of the shirt after redeem your point of Rs. 750. He take the amount of the shirt is Rs. 280
