Amount not my account credit

When I went to my bank and found out, the bank manager said that the Bapasi funds have not yet come into this account. Then after that, after coming to your home from the bank and put a call in the phone pay, after a long time, I spoke to the officer, then he was speaking to me that the account from which you had collected Rs 2000 in your PhonePe Wallet, in the same account from which you had collected the money. Your 2000 fathers were done. And while the account from which I had collected the money in my Wallet had come to my Wallet, then I had sent the money from my Wallet to my own account, but the money was deducted from the Wallet and also the money in my account. Did not arrive.
