Hello,
I would like to complain regarding the service provided by phonepe..i have a two accounts i yried to transfer the money to other account the money was debited from the account and the amount is not credited to the other account.but i got a message from phone pe (Rs. 15000 has been credited back to your account XXXXXXXXXX1061 for the failed transaction on PhonePe.) But in my account money has not credited.when i call the customer care they are telling they are facing issues and they are not giving me a proper answer please help me out of this.
