I called customer service about a week ago to surrender my card. i was told it shall be blocked and I shall get sms but till now no sms has come. I am not sure if the card blocked or not. If not, pl. block it so that I may get Rs.100 equivalent goods.

maa chandi medical agency and maa tarini medicine store are the
authorised distributor of your [cosmetic and home care] division from
last 4 years.
sir, from market we are getting expiry items from last
3years as uknow i have been complained number of times to depots as
well as with head office/so/asm/dsm many more times but still they are
not taking any steps toword my expiry settlement, for wich they are
more than 4.5 lakhs of expiry stock pending for credit note in my
godown,and day by day it became stressful for me,and i am feeling
little,uncomfortable to work with this division,and one of the reason
of this wich i got from market is unethical practiceof stockist from
other areas, my jagatsinghpur dist have 5 authorised distributors are
working here paradeep/rahama/ragunathapur/kulashree/ersama and also me
so this for wich am suffering a lot.
So,sir kindly solve my problem any any how
settled this for wich i will be oblised and will emphasis more to
work with you
