I have made 5rooms booking on 20th Oct 2023. The Booking ID is H4TR9908. While im booking my first payment Rs.3615 has failed. So i tried second time that was success. So i called customer care and initiate the refund for Rs.3615 on 15th Nov 2023. But still i did not received refund.
I tried so many times to customer care Nos : 01244208080 & 9313931393 but no proper response from them. Can you please no the needful for the same.
