महोदय/महोदया,
हमने एक फोर्ड की ईकोस्पोर्ट यू0पी014सी.वाई.3976 कार आपके नौएडा ब्रान्च से क्रय की थी, उस गाड़ी की दूसरी चाबी अभी तक मुझे नहीं मिली है। हमारे द्वारा इस गाड़ी के अगले पहिये में काफी आवाज आती है, इस बारे में मि0 नीरज से बात हुई और उन्होंने राना मोटर्स-नौएडा में दिखाने के लिये कहा था वहाॅं मैने गाड़ी चैक करायी तो मैकेनिक ने कहा कोई दिक्कत नहीं है। महोदय जब भी गाड़ी रेस्ट होने के बारे चलायी जाती है तो काफी आवाज आ रही है। ऐसी स्थिति में क्या करें। कृृपया इस सम्बन्ध में जानकारी दें बार-बार नौएडा आकर गाड़ी दिखाना और मैकेनिक द्वारा मना कर देना समझ में नहीं आता है परन्तु यदि आप में से कोई भी गाड़ी ड्राईव करेगा तो आपको जरूर पता चलेगा कि क्या समस्या है।
